Our Mission

Toolsweek began as A Resource for Those Looking to Learn About Home Improvement.

Born and raised in Denver, I developed an interest in electrical engineering at a young age, and I’ve stayed in the industry for over 20 years. This gives me a unique ability to tell you the best tools and give recommendations.

I’m not only an electrician but also like machinery and anything to do with carpentry. One of my career paths started as an apprentice carpenter before moving into electrical engineering, so I also have experience with anything related to home improvement.

More About Our Process

Site Goal

This site includes reviews and guides to finding the best tools, helps you with some do-it-at-home improvement projects, and aids you in making your decor and house something you’re truly proud of.

How We Review

When I review a product first, I ensure that the product I used before takes prevalence, but I will never make it number one just because I have used it. I will also guarantee that I look at other products and recommendations for my friends in the industry and then possible reviews. I always try to give you the absolute best recommendations out there. Whether it’s in a recommendation for fixing something in your home or a recommendation for a certain product, you’ll always be sure that you get my best.

Our Team

Currently, me and Alex are the biggest part of the team. Though my wife helps me sometimes with correcting and adding a couple of articles, I still go through them all myself. In the future, I hope to add a couple of writers to the team to help us review more and better products.

Why Trust Us?

As mentioned before, over 20 years in the industry, so it’s easy to trust us and know that we will provide you with my absolute best recommendations for whatever project you may be tackling.

Why Was This Blog Started

This blog is more of a passion project, and if it makes a couple of bucks while I’m doing it, then all the better, but I will never sacrifice making a few extra dollars over the information I provide you.

How Can I Contact You?

Feel free to contact us on the contact page. All of these queries will go directly to me, and I will try and answer as best as possible; however, keep in mind I’m busy and work a full-time job, so some of these questions may not get the proper attention needed. For more technical help, always ask an expert, your local carpenter, or an electrician.

Contact us

Feel free to send us a line regarding collaborations or any site info issues you may find; however, remember that I have a full-time job as a carpenter, and I will try to get to these queries as fast as possible, but it may take some time.

Ask your local electrician or carpenter for advice if you have any specific tool questions.
